Since 1992, I have had experience building homes, with acquired actual on the job knowledge of all major systems involved in residential construction.
I have been on both sides of a home inspection and I know the importance of a quality inspection. I know that an inspection with the attention to detail makes all parties involved look good. I know how crucial it is for the inspector to use common sense and proper diplomacy when explaining the defects found in the house as well as informing about the positives. I will give an honest inspection but I never want a client to walk away from a home they are interested in just because they were not educated on the scope of the deficiency or given the perception that there is nothing good that the house can offer them.
In closing, I am certain that if given the opportunity to take care of your clients needs, I will earn your confidence and become a trusted inspector that will be a true asset to you and your buyers.
